Shipping & Returns

Standard Shipping & Delivery:

Default for small items such as artwork, accessories, pillows & more.

Any orders under 0-5 lb. are charged a standard ground shipping fee of $4.99. Orders between 5 and 10 lbs. are charged a standard ground shipping fee of $9.99. Any orders that are between 10 and 20 lbs. will be charged a standard ground shipping fee of $12.99. Items that are 20 lbs. and up will require freight delivery, and we offer that free of charge! Check your item description upon purchasing to see if freight delivery is required.

Returns & Refunds:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do require a 10% restocking fee for any returned items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at market@aaroncarlsondesigninc.com.

 

Damaged Item:

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery by emailing market@aaroncarlsondesigninc.com. We ask that you please provide your name, email, and phone number, as well as a photo or photos of the damaged item. Please wait for our prompt correspondence for further instructions regarding the return and refund process. We will likely have a claim filed with the shipping service, so we ask that you do not ship your item back to us until we have instructed you to do so. If the item is shipped back to us before we have instructed you to do so, or if the claim is made past 24 hours of the original delivery date, you may not be eligible for a refund.
